You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Alphavator complies with applicable laws, regulations, and the rules of any broker, exchange, or data provider connected to your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Platform scope

Alphavator provides software tools for strategy design, testing, automation, and monitoring. Alphavator does not custody customer funds and does not operate as a broker-dealer, exchange, or investment adviser unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Access to specific features may change over time as the product evolves, including beta or limited-release functionality.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code.

You may not misrepresent performance, impersonate another party, or use the platform in a way that threatens service integrity for other users.

Trading and automation responsibility

You are solely responsible for the strategies you create, deploy, or automate through Alphavator. You must review configuration, risk limits, and execution behavior before enabling live trading.

Backtests, simulations, model outputs, and automated signals are informational tools and do not guarantee future performance.

Third-party services

Certain workflows depend on third-party brokers, data vendors, hosting providers, or APIs. Alphavator is not responsible for downtime, data errors, order routing failures, or policy changes introduced by those third parties.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Alphavator disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphavator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or from trading decisions you make.
